1. What Clearenta Does

Clearenta provides an online service designed to help consumers provide information about their financial circumstances and explore whether they may be eligible to connect with participating debt-relief providers.

Clearenta is not itself a lender, creditor, debt-settlement provider, credit-repair organization, law firm, or financial adviser.

Clearenta does not itself negotiate, settle, reduce, or modify your debts.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Submitting information through Clearenta does not guarantee:

• eligibility for any debt-relief program;
• connection with a provider;
• acceptance or enrollment by a provider;
• settlement or reduction of any debt;
• reduction of interest rates or fees;
• improvement of your credit;
• any particular financial result; or
• availability of services in your state.

Any decision to offer services to you will be made by the applicable provider under that provider's own criteria and terms.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

Information available through Clearenta is provided for general informational and connection purposes and is not financial, legal, tax, credit, or other professional advice.

You should evaluate your individual circumstances and obtain professional advice when appropriate.

4. Eligibility and Information You Provide

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application through Clearenta.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide.

You may not use Clearenta to:

• impersonate another person;
• submit another person's contact information without authorization;
• provide false or misleading information;
• interfere with the website or its security controls;
• circumvent verification, rate limits, fraud controls, or access restrictions;
• use automated systems to submit applications without authorization; or
• use the website for unlawful purposes.

5. Telephone Verification

Clearenta may require verification of the telephone number you provide by sending a one-time verification code.

Telephone verification demonstrates access to the number at the time of verification. It does not establish identity, ownership of the telephone number, eligibility for services, or approval for a debt-relief program.

6. Communications

We may communicate with you as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to your request, provide requested verification, address security or fraud concerns, or respond to communications you send us.

Submission of an application does not by itself authorize unrelated third parties to send you telemarketing calls or text messages.

If Clearenta later offers an opportunity to authorize marketing communications from a participating provider, any applicable disclosure and consent will be presented as part of that process.

7. Participating Providers

Clearenta may in the future connect eligible consumers with independent participating providers.

Participating providers are independent businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Clearenta does not control a provider's services, eligibility criteria, pricing, representations, contracts, or performance.

You are responsible for reviewing any provider's disclosures, terms, fees, program requirements, and agreements before enrolling in a service.

8. No Consumer Fee From Clearenta

Clearenta does not charge consumers a fee to submit an application through Clearenta.com or to use the Clearenta connection service described on this website.

This does not mean that a participating provider's services will be free. Any provider fees or financial terms are governed by the provider's own disclosures and agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

Clearenta.com, including its branding, design, text, graphics, software, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Exclusive Service Calls, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from protected Clearenta content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Clearenta may rely on third-party technology and service providers and may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties may be governed by separate agreements.

11. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the website or service at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
